What Happens to the Old Extension Roof

If you are replacing a failed felt flat roof on an existing Inverness extension, the process is: strip the existing felt to the deck, inspect and repair deck as required (replacement OSB or plywood sections where rotted), clean and prime, apply new EPDM or GRP. The old felt is disposed of in the skip.
